Utamatisi sugo:
- 600 g utamatisi

- 650 g I-gnocchi ephekwe ngaphambilini

- Kungenzeka ukuthi i-Parmesan egayiwe njenge-topping
Imiyalelo
I-Tomato Gnocchi:
- Geza futhi udayisi utamatisi. Ikhasi le-shallot, lisike libe lincane kakhulu. Gcoba u-garlic, usike kahle. Khipha amaqabunga e-basil kusuka eziqwini (nquma kamuva).
- Gcoba i-shallot ne-garlic ezipuni ezi-3 zamafutha omnqumo kuze kukhanye bese ufafaza ushukela oluyimpuphu. I-Caramelize lokhu ngo-anyanisi nesweli ngenkathi uvuselela. Uma yonke into isiphendule umbala onsundu wegolide, engeza ama-cubes utamatisi. Nciphisa ukushisa futhi uvumele yonke into ibile cishe. 5 - 8 amaminithi. Gcoba unamathisele utamatisi bese ufaka usawoti kanye nopelepele. Hlala ulungile.
I-Mozzarella:
- Yomisa kahle i-mozarella. Hlanganisa iqanda ne-yolk endishini. Misa esinye isitsha ngofulawa omncane kanye nengxenye yesithathu enofulawa owanele we-panko eduze komunye nomunye. I-oda: ufulawa, iqanda, ufulawa we-panko.
