- Hlanza futhi usike kahle u-anyanisi nesweli. Fry ngenyama egayiwe emafutheni amancane ashisayo epanini imizuzu embalwa. Dice zucchini bese wengeza. Gcoba unamathisele utamatisi, gazinga kancane, bese uthela utamatisi oqoshiwe. Faka i-harissa.
- Engeza i-cumin, usawoti kanye nopelepele. Thela amanzi anele (cishe ama-200 ml) ukuze angagelezi kakhulu. Bhaka imizuzu engu-10-15, uvuselela ngezikhathi ezithile.
