- 125 g I-ham ebilisiwe, isikwe kancane
Nge-tomato sauce:
- 1 usayizi U-anyanini
- 2 Ama-Discs Ubhekeni kwasekuseni
- 1 tbsp Amafutha emifino ngelamula
- 1 tbsp Namathisela utamatisi
- 1 ikani elikhulu Utamatisi ohlutshiwe, cishe oqoshiwe
- 500 ml Umhluzi wemifino uyashisa
- 1 shot Uviniga omhlophe we-balsamic
- 0,5 i-tsp Sugar
- Usawoti, upelepele onemibala ophuma esigayweni
- 1 phina upelepele we-cayenne
- 1 phina Upelepele we-espelette
- 100 g I-Creme fraiche Ushizi
- 1 i-tsp Oregano owomile
- 1 i-tsp I-marjoram eyomile
- 0,5 i-tsp Uju lwamanzi
- 2 tbsp I-basil eqandisiwe

- 500 g I-Farfalle noma enye i-pasta
Imiyalelo
- Faka inyama egayiwe endishini. Hlanza ama-shallots ne-garlic. Geza utamatisi, usike isiqu kanye nembewu. Dice utamatisi omisiwe, utamatisi omusha, shallots kanye nesweli. Yengeza enyameni egayiwe kanye ne-tomato unama, i-basil, iqanda nezinongo. Hlanganisa yonke into kuze kube bushelelezi futhi wenze imiqulu emincane kuyo.
