- 50 g Ibhotela
- I-Nutmeg
- 250 g Ushizi ocutshunguliwe
- Salt

I-sauce ye-balsamic yewayini elibomvu:
- 3 PC. Ama-Shallots
- 1 i-tsp Namathisela utamatisi
- 100 ml Iwayini elibomvu
- 250 ml Inyama yenkonyana
- 2 tbsp Uviniga webhalsamu
- 1 PC. I-clove yegalikhi
- 100 g Ibhotela
I-asparagus eluhlaza:
- 500 g I-Asparagus eluhlaza
- 1 iphakethe Utamatisi omisiwe emafutheni
- 250 g Utamatisi we-cocktail
- Salt
- Upelepele

Inyama yenkomo eyosiwe:
- Pheka inyama yenkomo eyosiwe nhlangothi zonke emafutheni omnqumo. Pheka kuhhavini elushisayo ngaphambi kuka-140 degrees cishe imizuzu engama-40. Ukupheka inyama epinki, izinga lokushisa eliyisisekelo kufanele libe ngama-degree angama-60.
