- Gweba kahle amakhambi, uhlanganise namafutha omnqumo amancane newayini elibomvu. Geza amabele ohlangothini lwesikhumba ngendlela yedayimane. Kufanele uqiniseke ukuthi unqamula ungqimba lwamafutha, kodwa hhayi enyameni. Usawoti kanye nopelepele amabele edada bese ugcoba ku-marinade yamafutha emifino.
