- 200 g Ama-pea pods
- 1 PC. Kohlrabi fresh

Isihlalo senyamazane
- Ukubopha ngokucophelela umhlane wenyamazane eduze kwamathambo. Yenza i-sauce jus emathanjeni, izaqathe, isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi, u-anyanisi, upelepele, usawoti, umjunipha, i-allspice, i-bay leaf newayini elibomvu. Gcoba amathambo ngemifino egayiwe yezimpande kanye no-anyanisi, engeza izinongo newayini elibomvu bese ubilisa ngobumnene amahora angaba ngu-4-5. Thela ngesihlungo, uxove ufulawa nebhotela bese ushubisa isoso ngalo.

Morel cream sauce
- Geza ama-morels kahle. Dice i-shallot bese ugaqa kusipuni sebhotela elicacisiwe. Engeza ama-morels, uthele iwayini elimhlophe bese ubilisa okungenani imizuzu engu-15. Isizini ngosawoti kanye nopelepele bese uthele ukhilimu omnandi. Ivumele ibile kancane.
