- 200 g 1 rote Paprika
- 200 g 1 gelbe Paprika
- 150 g 1 Zwiebel
- 175 g 4 Minirispentomaten
- I-1 i-clove e-garlic
- 1 Stück Ingwer
- ½ rote Chilischote
- 2 tbsp Amafutha e-Peanut
- 4 tbsp i-Coriander cut TK (ukukhiqizwa kwayo)
- 1 tsp Usawoti
- 1 tsp Ras el Hounut
- 1 tsp i-curry powder emnene
- 2 tbsp Ketchup Manis
- 1 tbsp I-soy sauce emnyama
- 1 tbsp i-oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp utamatisi sauce
- 1 tbsp ukhilimu ohlutshiwe
- 1 i-splash enamandla Ijusi kalamula
- 400 ml Sula umhluzi nenyama yenkomo (2 tsp umhluzi osheshayo)
- 2 wezipuni Tapioca isitashi
Ama-meatballs ashisayo:
