Ukugqoka ama-flatbreads:
- 100 g I-Crème fraîche enamakhambi
- 1 Isikhuphisi seqanda
- 1 tbsp Amakhambi ase-Italy afriziwe
- Usawoti, upelepele onemibala ophuma esigayweni
Okokuthokozisa:
- 2 tbsp I-Pecorino egayiwe
- 2 tbsp I-Emmental egayiwe
Imiyalelo
- Hlanza u-anyanisi, i-shallot ne-garlic bese usika kahle. Shisisa amafutha e-olive epanini bese ujuluka konke kuze kukhanye. Usawoti kanye nopelepele kancane, bese ubeka eceleni. Hlangisa ihhavini ukuya kuma-degree angu-200 (ukushisa okuphezulu nangaphansi).
