I-Wasabi puree:

- 2 tbsp I-nutmeg entsha egayiwe
- 2 tbsp Wasabi cream
- I-parsley eqoshiwe

I-Salmon nemifino:
- Hlanza izaqathe nesilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi bese ugaya kahle. Sika i-leek ibe izindandatho ezinhle bese ugeza. Faka imifino endishini yokubhaka. Usawoti kanye nopelepele. Engeza iwayini!
- Hlanza i-salmon ngamanzi abandayo. Omuncu ngejusi kalamula, usawoti kanye nopelepele. Beka i-salmon emifino elungiselelwe!
Hlangisa ihhavini ku-180 °!
- Hlanza amazambane bese uwapheka nge-caraway, isb. ku-pressure cooker cishe imizuzu emi-5 noma epanini elivamile! Steam i-salmon kuhhavini cishe. Imizuzu eyi-8, uma ukhetha ukungakhanyiseli nokucophelela, imizuzu eyi-10!
- Sieve amazambane bese uwagaya kancane ngebhotela nobisi. Isizini kahle nge-wasabi, usawoti, pepper kanye ne-nutmeg!
- Manje khipha i-salmon kuhhavini, usakaze imifino emapuletini, ubeke i-salmon phezulu bese uthela isitokisi sewayini phezu kwayo! Faka i-wasabi puree ufafaze iparsley nopelepele! Khonza! Uma uthanda, ungasebenzisa futhi i-dill! Kodwa kulokhu ngikulahle ngamabomu lokho! 🙂
