Imayonnaise njengesisekelo:
- 1 Usayizi weqanda L.
- 1 tbsp Isinaphi
- 1 encane I-Lemon, ijusi
- 150 ml Uwoyela wejongilanga
- Usawoti we-Pepper
I-tartar sauce:
- Imayonnaise bheka ngenhla
- 120 g Iyogathi yemvelo 1.5%
- 2 Amaqanda, usayizi L
- 100 g Gherkins ukhukhamba
- 1 encane U-anyanini
- 35 g Amaphepha
- 3 tbsp I-Chive rolls
- 3 tbsp I-parsley eqoshiwe
- 1 i-tsp Sugar
- Usawoti we-Pepper
- Ijusi kalamula
Imiyalelo
Imayonnaise:
- Faka iqanda, lwesinaphi kanye nejusi kalamula emkhunjini omncane kakhulu, omude futhi ushaye nge-blender yesandla kuze kube yigwebu. Bese uthele emafutheni emfudlaneni omncane futhi kancane kancane ngenkathi uxuba njalo. Yinyakazise njalo induku kancane uye phezulu. Lokhu kuqhubeka kuze kube yilapho wonke uwoyela esephelile.
