Imiyalelo
- Sika inyama ibe ama-cubes amancane noma ama-strip. Hlanza futhi usike kahle i-ginger ne-garlic.
- Shisisa i-ghee noma ibhotela elicacisiwe epanini bese usesha inyama kafushane nhlangothi zonke, bese ususa inyama. Gcoba inhlama ye-curry emafutheni athosiwe futhi ujuluke kafushane, bese uthela ubisi lukakhukhunathi kanye cishe. 120 ml amanzi phezulu. Engeza inyama, ugalikhi, ujinja, isoso yezinhlanzi, amaqabunga e-kaffir lime noshukela. Hlanganisa kahle bese uvala bese ubilisa emlilweni ophakathi cishe imizuzu engama-30.
