Ilayisi Lemifino, Isitayela saseBalkan
Irayisi yemifino ephelele, iresiphi yesitayela se-balkan enesithombe nemiyalelo elula yesinyathelo ngesinyathelo.
- 1 isipuni samafutha e-Olive
- 2 anyanisi
- 150 g Ilayisi elibilisiwe
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Utamatisi
- 1 upelepele obomvu
- 1 Green pepper
- 100 ml Iwayini elimhlophe elomile
- 100 ml umhluzi
- 150 ml utamatisi juice
- 1 isipuni Utamatisi unama
- 0,5 ithisipuni Chili flakes
- 0,5 ithisipuni Upelepele oshisayo
- 0,5 ithisipuni Usawoti
- Upelepele (upelepele we-cayenne)
- 1 kl. i-parsley eqoshiwe
- Hlukanisa u-anyanisi bese usika ube yimichilo engaba ngu-1 cm ububanzi, usike kahle ama-clove kagalikhi. Khulula utamatisi kusuka emkhawulweni ophakathi futhi uthathe izingcezu ezinkulu futhi usike upelepele ube yizicucu ezicishe zilingane.
- Shisisa isipuni esingu-1 samafutha bese uthosa amapheshana ka-anyanisi kuze kukhanye. Faka irayisi nezinye izipuni ezimbili zamafutha bese udedela ugqugquzele kuze kugcwale irayisi ngamafutha futhi ungabe usawubona umgogodla omhlophe.
- Manje engeza i-garlic isigamu somzuzu bese ususa yonke into ngewayini. Faka futhi utamatisi, upelepele, umhluzi, ujusi katamatisi, unamathisele utamatisi, ama-chilli flakes, upelepele nosawoti bese uvumele ukuthi kucwilise imizuzu engaba ngu-20 ngenkathi ugqugquzela izikhathi eziningana (ukuze kungabi nalutho olunamathelayo).
- Add a little more broth if necessary. The vegetable rice shouldn’t get too dry, but stay nice and juicy. Season with cayenne pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley. We like to have some raw onions with it, which I took over from a Balkan restaurant.
