  • 10 tbsp Amafutha e-Walnut
  • 1 i-tsp Ushukela noma uju
  • 0,5 i-tsp Salt
  • Omunye upelepele

  • Beka isihlalo senyamazane kwifilimu yokudla bese uyigoqa ibe yisimo esihlangene. Bese ugoqa ungqimba lwe-aluminium foil ukuze uvikeleke futhi ubeke efrijini amahora angu-3-4. Ngaphambi kokuba i-carpaccio isikwe ibe yizicucu ezincane (1-2 mm) usebenzisa ummese obukhali noma isisiki, gcoba amapuleti ngamafutha we-walnut bese ubeka inyama phezulu ngokuhambisana kancane.
