- Hlanza amazambane bese usika ama-cubes amancane, ikhasi le-asparagusi futhi uthathe izingcezu ezingu-1 cm. Hlanza i-rocket, unqume iziqu eziqinile, ubeke ishidi lokubhaka nge-aluminium foil namafutha. Beka izingcezu zikashizi wembuzi phezulu, xubha ngoju bese ufafaza i-thyme. Rosa amantongomane epanini, ngaphandle kwamafutha, kuze kube yigolide.
