Zucchini-Dill-Chervil Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 1,2 kg Zucchini mixed yellow and green
  • 2 Onions white
  • 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 180 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 bunch Chopped dill
  • 1 bunch Freshly cut chervil

Instructions
 

  • Dice onions, chop garlic. Chop the dill and chervil.
  • In a large soup pot, sauté the onions and garlic, add the diced zucchini, stir in the herbs and deglaze with the vegetable stock.
  • 20 min. Let simmer, puree and pour in the creme fraiche. Done!
