Ingredients
- 1,2 kg Zucchini mixed yellow and green
- 2 Onions white
- 4 Garlic cloves chopped
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 180 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 1 bunch Chopped dill
- 1 bunch Freshly cut chervil
Instructions
- Dice onions, chop garlic. Chop the dill and chervil.
- In a large soup pot, sauté the onions and garlic, add the diced zucchini, stir in the herbs and deglaze with the vegetable stock.
- 20 min. Let simmer, puree and pour in the creme fraiche. Done!
