Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g chocolate, (milk chocolate) chopped
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder

  • 50 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • some milk
  • 10 chocolate bars (Mini Bounty)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

makes 5 jars of cake

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, grease 5 tumbler jars (300 ml each) and sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy, then gradually add the eggs. Beat until foamy. Then combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and sift them over the top (important!). Stir in the desiccated coconut and chopped chocolate, adding a little milk if desired. Pour the chocolate batter into the prepared jars, press two Bounty cookies onto each other in the center of each jar, and place the jars on a rack on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake the jar cakes for 20-25 minutes (use a toothpick to check if they are fresh). After baking, remove the jars and seal immediately.
