- 800 g potatoes
- 125 gr. can/n sardines with chili

- 1 onion(s)
- 2 eggs

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Starter or main course
Peel the potatoes, quarter them (depending on size), and boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain them and press them into a bowl using a potato ricer. Fry the chopped onion in a little oil for 2 minutes and add them to the potatoes. Drain the oil from the sardine can, debone the sardines, and add them too. Chop the chives. Add 3 tablespoons of flour, a little salt, and pepper, and mix everything together. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs on separate plates. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and form it into small balls. Roll them first in flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil and deep-fry the balls. The number of servings refers to the balls being served as a main course, with a salad, for example. This makes about 35 balls.
