Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 75 g walnuts
- 25 g pine nuts
- 50 ml olive oil
- 50 ml cream
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook pasta until al dente. Chop 50g walnuts. Puree garlic, nuts, 10g pine nuts, and oil. Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper. Mix pasta with the sauce. Toast the remaining walnuts and pine nuts, chop them, sprinkle over the pasta, and serve.
