a quickly prepared vegetarian dish

If you’re traveling through China, you shouldn’t miss the Chinese noodle soups. They taste delicious, but are difficult to eat with chopsticks and a special ceramic spoon for resting the mie noodles. When you add the spices of Italian cuisine, you get a soup that combines both cultures. The color combination of the red onion and green bell pepper gives the whole thing a beautiful touch. This healthy meal is ready in no time; it requires only a few ingredients and is still filling. Then a glass of green tea and the dish is complete. Bring the water to a boil. Peel and quarter the onion. They should be easy to grasp with the chopsticks. Peel the garlic and chop into medium-sized pieces. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into bite-sized, wide pieces. Add the vegetable stock, mie noodles, bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Wash and chop the basil and oregano. Add oil, basil, and oregano to the soup and let it simmer for 1 minute. Season the soup with salt.
