Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 jars of sour cherries
  • 500 g butter
  • 1 liter vanilla pudding, ready cooked
  • 25 g coconut oil
  • ½ jar Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix the baking powder with the flour and gradually stir in. Spread half of the batter onto a greased baking sheet, mix the rest with 2 tablespoons of Nutella, and spread it over the light-colored batter. Drain the sour cherries well and spread them evenly over the batter. Bake everything in the oven at 190°C (170°C fan-assisted) for about 30 minutes. Allow the cake to cool. Cream the butter until light and stir in the cold vanilla pudding. Spread the cream on the cake. Melt the coconut oil in a double boiler and mix it with the Nutella, then spread it over the cream.
