Delicious bread ala Seeana

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g flour, approx.
  • 800 ml milk, approx.
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • Spice(s) to taste (thyme, marjoram, salt, pepper)
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Party bread / grilled bread

Put the flour, baking powder, and spices in a bowl and mix with a mixer (dough hook), then add the milk, ham, and cheese and mix everything well. The dough should not be too firm, but not too runny either! Line one or two loaf tins with baking paper and fill with the dough. Only use half the loaf tin, as the dough will still rise! Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 1.5 – 3.5 hours. When the crust is golden yellow, the bread is ready! Your imagination is the limit; you can use other ingredients instead of ham. I use the bread as a snack, but also for barbecues with friends.
