- 50 g sunflower seeds, peeled
- 1 avocado(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tomatoes, dried in oil
- chili powder

Instructions

Briefly roast the peeled sunflower seeds in a pan without fat. Blend them with the flesh of one avocado, peeled garlic cloves, bell pepper, tomato pieces, and olive oil. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Optionally, garnish with basil. Tip: Roasted sunflower seeds are a great way to easily make vegan spreads and experiment with your favorite vegetables.
