Radicchio salad with gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 heads of radicchio, small, torn
  • 100 g arugula
  • 150 g Gorgonzola, Roquefort or Saint Agur, crumbled
  • 1 cup fig(s), dried, diced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil (walnut)
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dijon)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the lettuce leaves in a bowl. Mix the liquid ingredients into a salad dressing and pour it over the salad. Serve sprinkled with the diced figs and cheese.
