Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 heads of radicchio, small, torn
- 100 g arugula
- 150 g Gorgonzola, Roquefort or Saint Agur, crumbled
- 1 cup fig(s), dried, diced
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil (walnut)
- 1 tsp mustard (Dijon)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place the lettuce leaves in a bowl. Mix the liquid ingredients into a salad dressing and pour it over the salad. Serve sprinkled with the diced figs and cheese.
