Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g chicken breast
- 50 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 20 g oat flakes
- ½ m.-sized bell pepper(s)
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 100 g kidney beans
- ½ m.-sized onion(s)
- 30 g tomato paste
- 3 m.-large egg whites
- n. B. Spice(s) of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
healthy, protein-rich, clean
Cut all ingredients into small pieces and mix together. Then pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Very healthy and high in protein.
