Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves, pickled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • 150 ml water
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Peel and finely chop the onion. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent, add the garlic and sauté. Add the broccoli florets and sauté briefly. Pour in the water, spices, and lemon juice. Sauté everything for about 10 minutes, then reduce the liquid. Then puree finely and season to taste. Finally, stir in the diced tomatoes and sauté briefly. Let everything cool, transfer to a serving dish, and serve.
