Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp mustard seeds, brown
- 50 g cream cheese

Wash and trim the broccoli, then divide it into small florets and steam them over a pan of water for about 4 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and curry powder. Heat the oil in a pan. Toast the cumin and mustard seeds for 1 minute, stirring, until fragrant. Add the broccoli and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour the egg wash over the broccoli, then scatter the cream cheese on top in small portions. Cover and let set over low heat for about 4 minutes.
