- 150 g chicken breast
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 handful of coconut chips
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- Clarified butter
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 26 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillet into 1 cm thick slices. Crack the egg and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. Mix the breadcrumbs and coconut chips on a flat plate. Coat the chicken slices in the egg, then dip them in the breading and press down firmly. Melt clarified butter in a pan and fry the slices for about 3 minutes on each side.
