Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp green spelt
- 2 tbsp lentils
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 leek
- 1 garlic
- 50 g butter, foamed
- 1 tsp tarragon
- ½ tsp thyme
- 1 pinch of blue clover
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Add the lentils and green spelt to the boiling vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Then puree. Fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown, add the finely chopped leek and minced garlic clove. Add the butter and mix all the ingredients well with the spices.
