Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 180 g spiral noodles
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • some butter
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • some sprigs of parsley, freshly chopped
  • 1 dash of cream
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta, but drain 3 minutes before the end of cooking, reserving some of the cooking water. Slowly sauté the diced onion in butter over low heat (to sweeten it). Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and simmer until the mushrooms release their juices. Add the pasta and some of the cooking water and simmer for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the prepared pasta with freshly chopped parsley, cream, salt, and pepper.
