Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 180 g spiral noodles
- 1 onion(s), diced
- some butter
- 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- some sprigs of parsley, freshly chopped
- 1 dash of cream
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta, but drain 3 minutes before the end of cooking, reserving some of the cooking water. Slowly sauté the diced onion in butter over low heat (to sweeten it). Add the sliced mushrooms and simmer until the mushrooms release their juices. Add the pasta and some of the cooking water and simmer for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the prepared pasta with freshly chopped parsley, cream, salt, and pepper.
