Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g onion(s) (fried onions)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g margarine
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease a muffin tin thoroughly. Quickly mix all ingredients. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
