Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 200 g cream cheese
- 450 ml fish stock
- 200 ml cream
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 200 g shrimp(s), peeled, deveined
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- e.g. parsley, finely chopped
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a little oil. Add the butter and flour and sauté until lightly browned, then stir in the fish stock. Add the remaining ingredients except the shrimp and parsley and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Add the shrimp to the soup and simmer for a few minutes until pink and just cooked through. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
