Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ pack of Camembert(s)
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Heat enough oil in a small pan so the Camembert can float slightly. Cut the Camembert (I like to use one with herbs) into about 7 pieces (not too thick, but not too thin either). Place the pieces in the hot oil and fry briefly on both sides. Drain briefly on kitchen paper. Serve hot. I recommend serving with a salad.
