Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
quickly and perfectly
Briefly rinse the chicken wings under running water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Use a knife to cut the wings at the joint. Be careful not to get any bone fragments into the meat. Cutting them makes the wings easier to enjoy. In a plastic bag, combine sunflower oil, butter, pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, regular and extra hot sauce. To do this, press the air out of the bag, tie a knot, and mix lightly with your hands. The extra hot sauce can be adjusted or omitted. Add the wings and marinate. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the wings on a baking rack in the middle of the oven, skin-side up. If you don’t want to do the cleaning, you can line a baking rack with baking paper and bake the wings that way. However, you’ll need to dab up any fat occasionally. Bake at 200°C for 50 minutes. Turn the wings over after 25 minutes. Depending on your taste, you can brush the wings with barbecue sauce 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Serve and enjoy with barbecue sauce.
