Cheese cream sauce with ham and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 500 g mushrooms, brown, sliced
  • 1 onion(s), sliced
  • 150 g Parmesan, grated
  • some germ oil
  • 2 pts. processed cheese
  • some milk
  • 2 packs of sauce powder for cream sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • ¼ liter white wine
  • some vegetable broth, depending on the consistency
  • e.g. peas (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the mushrooms and onion in a little oil. Heat the cream with a little milk, the processed cheese, and the Parmesan cheese, and melt the cheese. Add the mushrooms, ham, and peas. Now add the white wine and, if desired, the broth. Season everything with a little salt, thyme, and plenty of pepper. Then thicken with the light sauce. This sauce goes well with pasta. You can also bake everything in a casserole dish with cheese.
