Grilled new potatoes with herbs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes, small, new
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Rosemary, fresh
  • Thyme, fresh
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Wash the potatoes, cook them with the skin on until al dente, drain, and halve if desired. Place the potatoes on aluminum foil. Peel the garlic clove, roughly chop it, and sprinkle it over the potatoes. Pick the rosemary and thyme leaves, finely chop them, and sprinkle them over the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, mix well, wrap in foil, and place on the side of the grill for about 20-30 minutes.
