Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp jalapeño(s), dried
- 400 ml tomato(s), strained
- 5 tomatoes
- 400 g penne or other pasta, pre-cooked
- 50 g mozzarella, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Finely chop the onion and garlic and briefly fry in oil in a pan. Add the jalapeños and deglaze with the passata. Let it simmer briefly. Quarter the tomatoes and add them to the sauce. Mix in the pasta, transfer everything to a baking dish, and sprinkle with the grated mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Your Joey
