Nutella waffles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • Oil for the waffle iron

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the eggs until very fluffy. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix. Add the margarine and Nutella and mix. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything thoroughly. Heat and oil the waffle iron. Bake the waffles in batches. Makes approximately 12 waffles.
