Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- ½ bottle of vanilla flavoring
- 2 tbsp protein powder, neutral or vanilla
- 125 g almonds or hazelnuts, ground
- e.g. milk
- 2 tbsp sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
for waffle iron or pan
Mix all ingredients together until you have a creamy, yet not too stiff batter. Then spread it evenly in a waffle iron and wait until both sides are nicely browned. Alternatively, you can also make the waffles in a pan and fry them on both sides.
