Colorful salad with feta

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans, red
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 onions, red
  • 5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 shot of water
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • some sugar
  • some herbs (salad herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the onions into rings. Dice the feta cheese, bell peppers, and cucumber. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, water, mustard, and sugar until smooth, adding herbs if desired. Season to taste and adjust seasoning if desired. Fold in the onions. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. It tastes great with grilled food and is perfect as a salad for any party.
