Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g flour
  • 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
  • ¼ liter of water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 250 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

made from yeast dough, super light

Prepare a yeast dough from flour, yeast, lukewarm water, salt, and oil and let it rise for 30-40 minutes. Then roll the dough out into a rectangle (about the size of a baking sheet) and spread with sour cream. Spread the cheese and cooked ham on top and roll up the dough. Divide it in half and let both loaves rise again in the oven at approximately 70°C for 30 minutes. Then bake at 180°C for 30-45 minutes.
