Vegetable casserole with salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 125 ml broth
  • 250 g salmon
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 150 g Buitoni pasta,

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean, slice, and wash the leek. Trim the broccoli, divide it into florets, and wash it. Sauté both in 125 ml of broth until tender. Cut the salmon into small pieces, add salt and pepper, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove the vegetables from the broth. Stir in the tomato paste and crème fraîche and season with pepper. Place the leek and broccoli in a casserole dish, divide the salmon between them, add the sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. Cook the pasta side dish, and in the meantime, bake the casserole at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
