Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 lasagna sheets
- 200 ml tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- 280 g spinach
- 400 g cottage cheese
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- n. B. cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Briefly boil the lasagna sheets until they’re soft. I like to do this in a pan; it takes about 3 minutes. Mix the spinach, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper, and spoon the filling onto the sheets. Cover only 3/4 of the sheets at a time and roll up to the end that doesn’t have the filling yet. Place them side by side in a baking dish, pour over the pizza sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 40 minutes.
