Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g carrot(s), small, round (alternatively regular carrots)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with butter and sugar

Cook the carrots in boiling water until al dente, then rinse and peel. Heat the wok, brown the butter and sugar, and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
