Tomato salad with goat cheese dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 40 g goat’s cream cheese or soft goat’s cheese
  • 50 ml milk (goat)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt, Greek
  • 1 tbsp basil, freshly chopped
  • 1 tbsp oregano, freshly chopped
  • 1 tsp, sautéed garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, all the dressing ingredients are chopped and then thoroughly mixed with a whisk. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them fan-shaped on a plate before spreading the dressing over them. If goat’s milk isn’t available, cow’s milk will also do.
