Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s), pitted, diced
  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • some fresh basil, finely chopped
  • some olive oil
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • some olives, stuffed with peppers
  • 500 g tomatoes, cut into small pieces and deseeded
  • some sea salt
  • some black pepper
  • possibly garlic, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix everything together, season to taste, and let it steep!
