Wok pan with turkey breast and spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 250 g sugar snap peas
  • 250 g mung bean sprouts
  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions. Wash and finely chop the turkey breast. Trim and finely chop the carrots, bell peppers, chili peppers, and leeks. Wash the snow peas and mung bean sprouts. Sear the meat and vegetables in a large wok. Add the noodles and fry briefly. Season to taste with soy sauce and salt.
