Baked tuna pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1,000 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 1 cup of double crème (crème légère)
  • 2 cans of tuna, natural
  • n. B. Cheese of your choice, grated
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • Spice mix for tzatziki
  • Fondor
  • pepper

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and tasty

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Then drain and transfer to a slightly larger casserole dish. In a mixing bowl, combine the two packets of passata, the tub of crème légère, the finely chopped onion, and the two cans of shredded tuna. Season generously with the spice mix, Fondor, and pepper (quick note: the sauce is made cold). Then pour the mixture over the pasta and mix gently. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes.
