Mini penne with tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 1 large piece(s) of cheese, of your choice
  • 400 g mini penne
  • 85 g cream cheese
  • 2 shots of buttermilk
  • 1 small piece(s) of butter
  • e.g. basil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Quarter 3 to 4 tomatoes. Then grate the cheese. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Add the cooked pasta to a pan and mix with cream cheese, buttermilk, tomato paste, and butter. Season with basil, pepper, and paprika to taste. Add the tomatoes and grated cheese and cook until the cheese has melted.
