Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 cups flour (wholemeal flour)
- 2 eggs
- olive oil
- some herbal salt
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare cookie dough from all ingredients. Roll out and form small cookies or flatten into small balls. Since I didn’t follow the recipe, I simply experimented, so you’ll probably have to experiment too. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
