Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper

Press the garlic, grate the lemon zest, and juice the lemon. Mix everything with the yogurt and season well with salt and pepper. Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry, and brush with the yogurt mixture. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Wash the thyme and pat dry. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken breasts on all sides. Place a sprig of thyme on each chicken breast and braise in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. Serve with baguette, cucumber, and green salad.
